The Garmin HRM-PRO transmits real-time heart rate data via both ANT+ AND Bluetooth. (This is the difference with the older HRM-tri)

This gives you more options during training, whether you train indoors or outdoors. The HRM-Pro offers the possibility to make two Bluetooth Low Energy connections, so that you can send the measured data via Bluetooth, for example to your smartphone and to a sports watch, fitness device or other Bluetooth device. In addition, an ANT+ connection is also possible.

So you can train with the heart rate belt outside, inside and in the water. During swimming, the heart rate monitor saves the data, so that you can read this data after swimming. Online training apps such as Zwift or compatible gym equipment at the gym can also be linked to the band. The heart rate data is accurate. The heart rate belt is so comfortable that you hardly feel it and is very easily adjustable. Sweated a lot during your workout? No problem. The belt is easy to wash and can even be put in the washing machine. Thanks to multiple Bluetooth signals, you can connect the meter to different devices at the same time.
