The Tecline Donut 17 mono wing is a classic design for single-tank divers who believe, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Tecline has kept the design, made it more durable and added some innovations to make it even better.

The oval shape of the Donut 17 is a proven design that allows for easy handling in any position with free unobstructed airflow between the sides, top and bottom, as the air shifts. It has a lifting capacity of 17kg / 40lbs for positive surface buoyancy. Built with special Heavy Duty Nylon 1000D, the soft outer shell is extremely durable and resistant to wear and tear. The quality YKK zipper reveals an internal bladder made of Nylon 840 with high resistance to aging and cracking. A reinforced elbow loop of the inflator with wide strip strip is placed to the left of the wing so as not to interfere with the tap of the cylinder. The wing also comes with a detachable integrated single tank stabilizer which helps keep the cylinder straight when used without a standard tank adapter (STA). An OPV dump valve is located in an easily located position, useful for releasing air when the diver is horizontal or upside down. Through-holes on the outside allow for easy drainage of water when packing up after a dive. The wing comes with a 55 cm / 22 inch Proflex braided inflator hose and 2 corrugated hoses of 30 cm and 40 cm, with the 40 cm installed and you can adjust it.

Tecline's wings are fully compatible with most backplates from other manufacturers, as long as there are mounting holes on the backplate spaced 28cm / 11in (center to center of grommet hole), for mounting with a single tank adapter (STA). They can also be used without an STA, by threading a tank band through the slots on both the wing and backplate.
