Enhanced SubWave™ sonar technology lets you monitor up to eight tanks when underwater for multiple disciplines. View air pressure, depth, usage rate and time remaining. Plus, you can even communicate with other network friends wearing their Descent™ Mk3i dive computers via pre-formatted messages (coming soon).

Diver2Diver Messaging

With a Garmin MK3i with transmitter it is possible to exchange preset messages with your buddy underwater using Garmin Subwave 2.0 sonar technology, this is possible up to a distance of 30 meters. Not only can you send messages, you can also see the distance to your buddy live.

You can monitor your breathing all the time when you pair the Descent™ T2 transmitter with a Descent dive computer. Monitor up to 10 tanks via SubWave2.0™ sonar technology, so you can dive with multiple tanks or see the breathing gas levels of your friends. The Descent T2 allows you to monitor tank pressure, remaining breathing gas time and consumption for different types of dives.
