The T/C Thor Cords represent the long-awaited further development of the E/O
cords there. The T/C cords have the same connector geometry as the E/O cords and
are therefore 100% compatible. Otherwise they don't have much in a positive sense
together with the E/O cords. The plug connection now corresponds to automotive standards.
It utilizes the entire contact length of the pin, providing a secure and consistent
connection is established. The contact forces acting on the sleeve have been reduced
and defined calculated. This ensures that the sleeve does not expand.
The plug itself was designed to be significantly harder to allow for kinetic forces
be kept out of the connector as far as possible. This will prevent through
a much too soft connector structure in the connector leads to a cable break.
The cables were provided with numerous individual, highly flexible cores. Through this
the susceptibility to breakage of the cable itself is counteracted. The lines are against
Water ingress protected by a special swelling fleece made of super absorber.
The recessed grips ensure that even with zero visibility, the cables can be easily and intuitively
can be plugged in.
